First run since my injury - feels good

This morning I went for my first run in months. I injured my ankle a couple of months back and it prevented me from doing any serious activities.

So this morning I went for a quick jog around the block and it felt great. My leg held up and I'm looking forward to the next one already.

The temptation is to do it again tomorrow morning but I want to give my legs a chance to catch up with my ambitions so I'll try for every second day until I'm match fit.

Feels good.
