How to be happy more often?

For me the answer is simple. If I'm working (on anything) and I'm making solid progress I feel amazing. If I get stuck or bogged down, procrastinate and ultimately don't have a productive day. I don't feel good. Chain a few of those bad boys together and I'm a mess.

In short,

Work hard, be social & take a walk.

So far it's working for me 😊
