Maker's Bucket List

'Maker's bucket list' - sounds good doesn't it?
What if you looked at your life as (long) and made a list of all the things you want to make instead of a list of places to visit or things to experience like the traditional bucket list?
I'm always wanting more time to spend working on a this project or that... but they always get conflated together because I'm worried about time.
Recently I thought about well, how long would it take me to make 'X'? What about 'Y'?. Usually the answer was 3 months or maybe a year at the longest.
That seems like an expensive investment now, but if you tell yourself you have another 50 odd years to make anything you want. That 3 month investment doesn't seem so bad anymore.
So I made a list of all the things I'd like to make. Taking this long term approach helps me combat my short attention span and wanting everything yesterday.
I can focus on a single project, enjoy it, give it my best shot and then move on to the next project. No more stress or pressure to work on multiple projects at once.
It's terrifying but ultimately freeing.
So, what do you want to make with whatever time you have left?
